And Then I Read: CASTLE WAITING 14

This issue seems chock full of new mysteries and even has some new characters. Who is the mysterious blank-eyed warrior on the cover? You’ll find out his name here, but there are still lots of questions to be answered. On the other hand, new information arrives about Jain’s unusual baby, and a cat has some very surprising things to do and say. For the first time in a while we get a panoramic view of the castle from the outside, thorn forest and all. And finally, the doctor celebrates an early holiday.

Linda Medley continues to entertain in this personal and enchanting tale with great characters, lovely art, and mysteries galore. If you’re not reading it, you’re missing a treat. As always, I just wish there were more of it more often. Highly recommended. And, if you’d like to try it for the first time, start with the first giant collection, it’s a bargain!
