We’ve had a few light snowfalls this winter, less than an inch, and hardly worth mentioning compared to much of the country. Yesterday it snowed all day, but after two days of warm weather it didn’t accumulate much. There’s about an inch on the ground.

It is the kind of wet snow and calm air that makes for pretty pictures, though. Everything has that winter postcard look.

The feeders are busy, but they have been for a while. I’m filling them every other day. The word is out, and the party is on!
