So, there we were in the airport in Dallas after an on-time flight from San Diego, having some lunch before an on-time flight to Philadelphia and home. “This trip has had the easiest air travel I’ve experienced in years,” I said. So, it was really my own fault that when we landed on time in Philly, our checked-in bag was not with us. Having just been through this last year, I didn’t panic or get upset, just filled out a claim and we drove home. The bag arrived in the middle of last night on our doorstep, safe and sound, thankfully. It really can happen two years in a row, but at least this time we were home.
In the bag were most of my remaining signed prints by Alan and Neil, and I’ll have them available for sale on my website’s BUY STUFF page again later today. There are just under 200 of “Before You Read This”, and about 50 of “Alphabets of Desire.” I need to update the sale page, which I’ll do in a few hours, then you can order them again.
Oh, and if anyone is interested in a hand-colored copy of my Lettering Sampler print, email me to let me know. I have three of those left.
Work is rolling in, as I knew it would, so I’ll be real busy for a while, which is not a bad thing. San Diego is great fun, but now it’s time to get back to real life!
